How do I sync my data across devices?

DailyTrack uses iCloud to sync your data across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed in to the same iCloud account on all devices and have iCloud enabled for DailyTrack in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > DailyTrack.

My tasks disappeared. How can I recover them?

If your tasks have disappeared, first check if iCloud sync is enabled. If sync is on, try signing out and back into iCloud, then restart the app. Your data should reappear within a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

How do I change my notification settings?

You can customize notifications in the app by going to Settings > Notifications. You can also manage system-level notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > DailyTrack.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your data by going to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. This will create a backup file that you can save or share.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

First, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If crashes persist, restart your device and ensure you have the latest version of DailyTrack from the App Store. If the problem continues, please contact support with your device model and iOS version.

How do I request a refund?
